General Terms and Conditions

General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms of sale between SF Pigments and any customer purchasing a product or booking a service via the site.


2. Products and services

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Services (e.g., Ombre Powder, eyebrow touch-up) are available by appointment. Images are not contractually binding.


3. Rates

Prices are listed in euros (€) including VAT. SF Pigments reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The rate applied is the one in effect at the time of the order or reservation.


4. Orders and reservations

Product orders are made via the website.
Service reservations are made via the appointment booking module provided for this purpose. All reservations are firm and final upon validation.


5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer or any other secure method offered on the site.
A deposit may be required for certain services. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the appointment).


6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. SF Pigments cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after receiving a product. This right does not apply to services already provided or to products that have been opened or used.


8. Cancellation conditions (services)

Any cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance . If this deadline is not met, the deposit paid will be retained. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the service may be cancelled without refund.


9. Liability

SF Pigments cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results if the pre- and post-treatment care instructions are not followed. A consent form must be signed before any service.


10. Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and booking appointments. It is never resold. You have the right to access, modify, and delete your data (in accordance with the GDPR law).


11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of [city of the company's headquarters] .
