Returns and Refunds

1. Products (online purchases)

✅ Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

⚠️ Return conditions:

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unopened and in original packaging
Unused and in perfect condition for resale
Returned within 14 days of notification

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Procedure:

Once the return has been validated and received, the refund will be made within 7 working days.

2. Services (permanent makeup, make-up, etc.)

🚫 No refunds:

The services (Ombre Powder, eyebrow touch-up, etc.) are neither refundable nor exchangeable , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (personalized services carried out by appointment).

⏱ Cancellation / Postponement:

Any cancellation or postponement must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid is retained .
